When will I receive my order
Some of the items featured by Two Little Byrds are bespoke and therefore lead times can vary. If you have a specific need please send an email to info@twolittlebyrds.com. Our intent is to turn around orders within 1-3 business days. If you select expedited shipping, please include the processing time. Two Little Byrds does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Return Policy
Two Little Byrds will strive to ensure you receive your jewelry as chosen. If however, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All shipping charges will be borne by the sender including any duties or import/export fees. If the item is defective or was received damaged, then all charges including shipping and duties will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
